CMI Level 2 Professional Management & Leadership Qualification (Outcome Award)
The I-IQ Method™ is a new approach that seeks to motivate the learning and development of our young people currently entering the world of work – regardless of their current level of skill or qualification. It is ideal for new apprentices or those wishing to prepare themselves for the world of work or through the apprenticeship scheme.
The I-IQ Method™ offers three awards, which are all accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The three awards are all aimed at encouraging young people to take their first step in professional skills development, to help them reach their true potential and aspirations.
The I-IQ Method™ is not academically based, it is development approach that provides an opportunity for everyone who fulfills the course to take responsibility for their own future and to make a change: make a difference.
Key Learning Objectives
The I-IQ Training Method™ supports core Learning Objectives and Behaviour Outcomes, in which we aim to ensure our candidates are able to develop and display the right levels of proficiency within their working environments and personal lives. Applying the themes of Motivation, Commitment, and Responsibility we help individuals develop key social skills, life skills and aspirations. The method covers:
- Understanding the workplace and its objectives
- Understanding the health & safety in the workplace
- Gaining commitment and positive behaviour to the workplace
- Taking ownership and responsibility for ones destiny
- Developing and sustaining a personal career plan
- Developing the skills to inspire others
As well as encouraging enhanced self belief in our !nspired candidates; they will develop:
- Increased confidence
- A sense of responsibility and aspiration to make necessary positive changes
- Added drive and passion to take control and make a difference
- Awareness of how to motivate themselves and others reach their goals and ambitions.
Support
All our training programs offer on-line (48 hour response, e-mail , tools & resources) and telephone (hot-desk/call back service) support. This support ensures each of our candidates have the necessary structure and platform from which to carry out their training objectives and realise personal aspirations.
Each of our I-IQ Method™ training sessions are geared toward fulfilling a wider social inclusion. We deliver our training days in central locations for each cohort of new trainee. The cohort approach is aimed at bringing different trainees from different companies together, to encourage a rich learning environment and encourage wider inclusion. Later we will launch our on-line community platform which will help maintain the on-going development and communications for each cohort and across all cohorts.
Delivery & Employer Commitment
The I-IQ Training Method is region based for improved delivery and social outcomes. We provide 2 half days which aim to build communities/cohorts that enable our candidates to learn together and support one another during their course and work placement.
Each candidate will also fill out a formal workbook, measuring their progress and development throughout the course, which must be completed to qualify for the CMI2 Bronze Award.

£350.00 (plus VAT) per candidate.
